Redevelopment and housing for all subcommittee - This subcommittee aims to develop homes for the economically weaker sections. We are working closely with the government wit hplans to redevelop the slums by creating homes with proper sanitation and design within the project site in place of the existing slums.
As a member of the IGBC we are committed to building green offices and homes. We have multiple green projects underway as we look to reduce our carbon footprint. It also comes with tremendous energy savings benefits for our customers as the sustainable design and architecture allows for better natural lighting and heat insulation which reduces the overall energy consumption.
